Sound Bath

The second half of this workshop will be a full 45 minute Himalayan Healing Sound Bath as taught by one of my teachers Suren Srethra from Nepal. Each person will receive bowls on their body, if desired. The bowls I use were made in Nepal, and the proceeds go to support an orphanage there that Suren is building. So its good karma all around! The bowl techniques were developed by monks, Suren’s teachers, and are tried and true. Along with the Eastern lineage and philosophy, I will also share some Western Science that backs up this healing modality, to give you the stats that your Western brain may need for you to embrace this healing method. Come bathe in the sound of the bowls, which the monks say echo the sound of the Universe.
