This workshop will support you during this autumn season as well as facilitate your transition from fall into winter. These practices for connecting with nature in our urban environment are enjoyable and useful. There will also be a lecture/discussion covering herbs, food, and self care. Together these practices are the warming and connective antidote to city winter drying, cooling, and isolation–rich with health benefits for the body, mind, and spirit.
