On April 7th, come to the Studio for your Spring Tune up—we’ll align with the qualities and energy of the season in an experiential way, including making your own bitters. This two hour workshop will start with herbal preparation, lecture, and conversation—working with herbs for our health as well as a way of connecting with Nature; the second half of class will be a special guided cleansing and clearing Spring Meditation, and detoxifying and nourishing Yoga class. You’ll come away with new tools for your health this Spring, and with 2-3 oz of your own yummy and organic bitters ($30-45 at Whole Foods!).
$45 by April 1, $55 after. Includes Herbs and jars
